As part of our ambitious growth strategy, Employment Hero is looking for a driven and skilled Senior Revenue Growth Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring sales, marketing and related GTM teams function together as a world class pipeline generation engine. Your responsibilities will range from Strategic Planning, Forecasting amp; Pipeline Analysis, Business Analytics and Executive Reporting - requiring a mix of strategy, go-to-market design, market analysis, sales optimisation and business programs support.To be successful, you will need to get deep into (sometimes ambiguous) data so that you can understand the business thoroughly, rapidly diagnose issues and formulate solutions. Intellectual curiosity, an eagerness to learn, and a bias for action are essential.By combining in-depth business acumen and strategic thinking with robust data analysis capabilities, you will be a crucial member of our team who play a pivotal role in partnering with relevant stakeholders to propel revenue growth, optimise our GTM engine amp; drive business performance. This pivotal role will work closely with senior stakeholders, including MDs amp; GMs, providing actionable, data-driven commercial insights and recommendations. In order to be effective, you will also need to collaborate closely with technical analysts in our federated data team, our sales operations analysts who have a deep understanding of funnel conversion and drivers, and product owners to form the complete picture of Employment Hero’s business. As a seasoned and reliable business partner, you will have significant experience in strategic analytical roles leveraging a data-driven approach to offer insights and recommendations that tangibly enhanced business performance. Additionally, you will be able to clearly demonstrate that you can take ownership of delivering analytical projects end-to-end. You will excel at influencing through data, have ample experience in creating and delivering engaging presentations that add real value for senior stakeholders as well as significant experience working on front-end business intelligence with tools such as Tableau or PowerBI to support both your analysis and presentations. For this position, we are seeking someone who relishes taking ownership of challenges, innovating solutions, and demonstrating their capability both to effectively partner, and to work independently. As a Senior Revenue Growth Analyst, you will:Act as a trusted strategic business partner to our global Revenue Leaders, MDs and GMs Interpret key performance metrics and work cross-functionally to deliver insights amp; recommendations that propel our business forward. Work closely with executive leadership to develop and evaluate go-to-market changesBe a key driver of cross-functional collaboration amongst sales, marketing and sales development essential to driving pipeline generation successExecute projects to improve our go-to-market engineBuild and drive adoption of reporting infrastructure essential to scale the global sales pipeline generation engine including developing interactive and automated dashboards (Tableau) that help your stakeholders make strategic decisions through proactive deep dives and insights.
