About the company:
Our client an education body, based in the northern suburbs are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join their Professional Development team. You will be reporting directly into the Professional Development Manager and working alongside one other Specialist.
You will be supporting with wider organisation with professional development plans, resources, and training to upskill. Generally scoping out the knowledge gaps across the organisation.
The role is full-time and is based on site.
Your key responsibilities include:
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of Training Curriculum Project
Ensure industry best practice and professional learning into all training design strategies and initiatives
Create engaging learning activities and content that enhances retention and transfer of learning and executes business deliverables
Coordinate and manage internal and external project plans, actions & project risk administration activities
Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplaces
About you:
Cert IV in Training & Assessment or tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication including report writing and presenting
Experience in creating e-learning materials and digital development tools.
A positive and proactive approach to work
Proficient in MS Office suites
Ability to work cross-functionally and think critically and strategically.
