The Role You Could Play:
Introducing a unique and newly created role, our New Store Project Leads.
We will have multiple opportunities opening for this integral role. Working with internal stakeholders across the end-to-end new store opening process to ensure we are continually advancing our store presence. This role will see you leading, coordinating and executing new store openings, store closures and temporary moves within the broader store renewals framework.
Please note: These are fixed term opportunities contracted for 18 months.
Travel is an integral part of this role and you will be required to perform your duties in field across Australia and New Zealand (as dictated by project locations and support requirements).
Some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Leading all aspects of the end-to-end new store opening process from a leadership, coordination & execution perspective (new stores, store flips, store closures, store pop up) including critical path management and on-site setup leadership
Partner with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and suppliers to ensure the new store opening process is managed on time and in line with operational and rostered budget expectations
Proactively seek opportunities to improve process issues that impact store set-up and work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements
Lead stakeholders through tactical risk mitigation and problem solving to ensure best project outcomes as and when required
Collaborate with and coach key stakeholders, field retail leadership and store teams who will play active roles in delivering change as related to the new store opening pipeline
Maintain an up-to-date central repository of any & all documents that relate to the new store opening pipeline including but not limited to calendar of NSO works, NSO plans & initial briefing documents on a per project basis

Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to lead, influence, engage and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
Highly organised and able to continually navigate dynamic working environment with changing priorities
Able to autonomously drive outcomes and manage workload while working remotely in other markets
Demonstrated experience in retail leadership, project management and/or operations support required
Ability to work autonomously, efficiently and with initiative
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Highly attentive to detail with a process driven mindset
Committed to continuous improvement
