As a Live Chat Representative at Capital One Financial, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through live chat interactions. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and personalize interactions- Demonstrate adaptability in handling a variety of customer situations and maintaining a positive attitude- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
Requirements:- Strong communication skills and fluency in written English- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adhere to a set schedule- Experience in a customer service role or similar position for a minimum of 4 years- Adaptable and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Availability to work occasional overtime as needed- Experience with live chat software or CRM systems is a plus
