Job Description:
eBay is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our remote team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will require at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and escalations related to their transactions- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the eBay platform- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Excellent communication skills in English- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent
