Today, having selected an Oracle SaaS solution, customers engage with external consulting companies to help them manage system adoption, with Oracle Consulting typically involved providing on-shore and off-shore system configuration and technical support.
Our Cloud customers don’t want to invest in long and expensive change and transformation programs, they want to get fast to the value of the solution by adopting standardized cloud practices and processes. Within Oracle Consulting sits the Cloud Adoption Services (CAS) team, a team comprised of experienced business Change and transformation consultants. The CAS team addresses the people side of our customers’ journey to the Cloud with the aim of enabling them to adopt, own and manage the evolution of their Cloud solution.
We are looking an experienced Change and Transformation consultant to join the team to support Oracle SaaS deployments in our customers across ASEAN.
The type of services we deliver – but are not limited to – are: modern best practice consulting, process adoption, change planning, business impact assessments, training planning and management, communication of business benefits and change impacts, and preparing customers to live in the cloud.
Profile
We are looking for change consultants, with a change and transformation background, who want to further develop their / transformation skills by focusing on technology enabled change.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with business consulting firms, focusing on change and transformation, ideally enabled by SaaS products. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion will be an advantage but is not a prerequisite for the role.

Experience in system change and transformation, ideally enabled by Oracle SaaS 5+ years consulting experience 3+ years of experience in leading change teams Experience in coaching and developing change skills for peers and sub-ordinates Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Career Level - IC4
Responsible for championing successful delivery of cloud solutions portfolio through effective project leadership and thought leadership to help Oracle's global clients navigate their journey to the cloud. Manage the development and implementation of the cloud solution and partner with clients to establish an operating model for success in the maintenance of the cloud solution as well as embedding a model for continued innovation in the Cloud.
Assist in managing portions of larger projects. Assists in gathering the data to develop a business plan in assessing the client's readiness to adopt their cloud solution. Assist in defining approaches and priorities of Oracle Cloud solution delivery. Participate in client proposal preparation and value messaging. Conducts needs assessment and requirements gathering on business impacts - people, process, technology arising as a result of Oracle Cloud solution implementation. Assist in the development of assets and collateral for purposes of coaching/training business stakeholders on own Cloud Adoption capabilities and evangelism marketing. Liaise across IT and business teams to support the development of the Oracle Cloud governance.
