The Business Management Analyst will work closely with the Senior Project Managers on a new program of work for a large federal government client. Your day in the life of a Business Analyst at Optus You will work to drive strategic and deep relationships with Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Finance, Transformation and other Optus Business teams. Delivered margin, minimal Project Change Requests (PCRs) and minimized solution re-work are critical important metrics that need to be achieved, alongside improved business processes and operational efficiency. You play a meaningful role in assisting decision making through providing insights and analysis, which assists senior leaders to address systemic issues, business performance and strategic endeavours.
