In the role, you will be responsible for the day to day administrative support of the Applications in the Airborne Solutions environment.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesEscalation and triage point for all calls assigned to the Applications Team from the Service Desk & apply corrective actions in an accurate & timely mannerCollaborate with IS staff and third parties to ensure efficient operation of Airborne Solutions Applications ServersProvide Status updates to Management upon requestManagement of Ipads and Apps to support PilotsLiaise with Infrastructure and Service desk to identify and resolve application related problemsSupport application upgrades as part of a project teamContribute ideas to assist the team in reaching its strategic objectivesBe available for Base Visits for Application upgrade/support matters.We are looking for a passionate, up and coming IT professional that is starting out their career.
