Job Description:
Sears Holdings is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar field.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts- Assist with account management, including processing orders and resolving any customer issues- Conduct research and gather data to support account management efforts- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Independently manage a portfolio of key accounts- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements:- Independent and energetic personality traits- Strong critical thinking and research skills- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations
