Focus for institutionalizing routines and social practices (leadership principles, team behaviors and working agreements) for continuous improvement.Job ResponsibilitiesAccountable to work closely with the Executive team to develop Lean deployment roadmap that meets the desired outcomes and stage of Lean maturity.Facilitate annual/quarterly strategic planning, lead stakeholder steering committee and identification of LEAN initiatives.Influence the current state and future state, implementation plan, along with impact and value of changes (in strong cooperation with business or service unit experts).Establish resourcing demand required & work closely with the Head of AMS to plan/orchestrate & fulfill Lean management system deployment needs.Responsible for feedback loops & adherence to Lean standards set by the Head of AMS team / Design Committee.Serve as Lean Executive Coach and Practitioner.Ensure business unit is meeting Lean maturity targets.Accountable for realization of key outcomes and benefits defined by the BUs, functional units and value streams.Responsible for the consistent and successful delivery of agreed standards of Lean Management system.Fluent in Transformation Office responsibility matrix and participate as a key stakeholder of steerCo.Coach & mentor AMS Coach(es) on LEAN practice and tactics, and guide the evolution of AMS playbook.Required Skills/Experience10 years of experience as a Lean management leader or 5 years of experience as a Transformation Executive; with demonstrated success in leading transformational changeExperience and understanding of operational management practices and objectives, including accountabilities, approaches to problem solving, industry trends and best practiceA true business partner who can contribute strategic, operational, analytical and quantitative insights to enhance Arch.Lean or similar certification, or experience implementing continuous improvement principles in service environments/organizations (e.g., Business Agility, Lean management techniques, Six Sigma certification, etc.)Proven track record developing and/or implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiativesDemonstrated ability to effectively interpret data and measure performanceA strong leader with the ability to develop, motivate, retain, recruit, challenge and deploy a high performing teamAbility to build a strong network of relationships across the company, quickly building credibility and gaining the trust and confidence of colleaguesA change agent, excellent at managing change both at an organizational level and at an individual levelPurpose-driven with ability to influence matrix organization and passionate about collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across different levels to identify solutions and deliver on plansExternal orientation and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify, deliver and implement novel approaches to deliver solutions inspired by AMS best practicesStrong business acumen and customer orientation with analytical thinking skillsSelf-motivated, prone to action, autonomous and results-oriented with ability to lead multiple complex initiatives (short, mid and long-term) with impactExcellent business acumen and strategic agility.Desired Skills/ExperienceDiversity & Inclusion ChampionPossess high levels of diversified knowledgeAble to juggle several high pressure/high profile projects at onceDetail-oriented with a high level of personal accountabilityEntrepreneurial background/experiences (desired)Demonstrate high degree of confidence, intellectual curiosity, and a passion to succeedCritical thinker.
