About the Role To develop the knowledge base, clinical competencies and practical procedure skills, research basics and self-education habits.To undertake radiological service delivery to the Departments patients, consulting service to external clinical units, intra-extra department teaching, and radiology research under the supervision of Director of interventional Radiology.Attend DSA lab, clinic, ward rounds with intern and areas as indicated by the Director of Interventional Radiology.Maintain active communication with MIT and Nursing staff rostered to that area and with supervising consultant radiology to ensure active management of daily worklist and availability of medical staff.Report and perform procedures (as relevant to work area) within limits of own competence and under supervision of consultant radiologist rostered to the area.There is an On-Call component which is 1 in 2 weeks or 1 in 3 weeks.Classifications for this position will range from HM25-30.
