Job Description Reporting to Transport Supervisor, the position includes the following responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule regional deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods. Liaise with carriers and logistics partners to arrange pickup and delivery schedules, resolving any logistical issues that may arise. Manage invoicing processes related to transportation services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Verify and reconcile invoices from carriers and suppliers, addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely payment. Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery schedules, carrier information, and invoice documentation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as warehouse staff and procurement teams, to optimise transportation processes and minimize costs.
