Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities. ?Power Generations Sales ResponsibilitiesEstablishes and maintain close relationships with:Key account customers within the Power Generation and Oil & Gas Markets:OEM's who are the producers of gas turbines and industrial compressors, e.g., Solar, Alstom, Rolls-Royce, GE End-users such as the utilities sector including independent power producers (IPPs) or government/state owned powerplants and users of industrial compressors, e.g. Kleen Heat, BOC, Air Liquide, Santos,engineering procurement & construction companies (EPC's) and engineering consultants who design/construct new power plants and as such specify and select the equipment, e.g., AES, Worley, Bechtel.Formulates sales strategies and establishes routes to the market for each of the abovementioned market segment via a direct sales approach, sales through distributors, agents, power plant service companies, existing telemarketing department at Donaldson Australasia, and by means of other marketing tools to promote Powergen products.Provides sales and technical support to the customers in order to create opportunities that lead to sales.Prepares quotations, checking technical data and customer's specifications, selecting and sizing the proper equipment. This includes gathering cost and technical data in order to get the most competitive offer to the client.Conducts and organizes technical presentations at OEMs and EPCs in order to educate them on Donaldson product, make them specify and buy our products.Visits existing power and Oil and Gas plants/end users in order to supply Donaldson replacement spare parts for original Donaldson equipment as well as for retrofitting competitor's parts, identify opportunities for retrofits and for upgrading of existing equipment. This can involve replacing old filter houses by a new Donaldson filter unit and/or upgrading inlet systems by adding ancillary equipment like evaporative coolers, chiller coils etc.Utilize and complete data within CRM to provide visibility around customer correspondence; quotes and increase market share through the creation of opportunities.Profit & Loss ResponsibilitiesWorks with the sales manager II for APAC to establish profit & loss plan for the ANZ territory in order to achieve/exceed financial targets.Manages cost and delivery for supplied projects and aftermarket products in order to maximise profit and customer satisfaction.Investigates the most cost-effective supply sources to increase competitiveness and offers the subsequent proposals to engineering and management.Manages the sales and operation costs of power generation for the ANZ territory.Establishes contacts with local sub-contractors and looks for possible co-operations/alliances.Other ActivitiesManages the ANZ power generation tele-marketing activities including setting priorities and providing guidelines and pricing strategies.Must be willing to travel within the ANZ territory to visit customer sites and into the region as required.SafetyActively promotes safety by ensuring safe work systems within role.Adheres to all company WHS policies and procedures.Follows applicable client site WHS policies and procedures. Reports all incidents in a timely manner; implements outcomes as requested.GeneralManages and maintains assigned company assets.Undertake all tasks with a positive and professional work ethic.Performs work in a safe and professional manner.Ensures all activities comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and applicable policies and procedures, relevant legislation, legal and professional standards.Undertake any other task associated with the operations of the business that may be reasonably requested
