Job type Full-time Location Perth WA Full job description Role: Technical Consultant - D365 Experience : 5 (Min) - 15 (Max) Location: Melbourne/Perth The Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant will be responsible for the configuration and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including implementations, customizations, and data migrations. The Sr. D365 Technical Consultant may be responsible for one or more aspects of the project including solution design, integrations to third party systems, data, Azure services, Azure DevOps, security, training and support with a focus on the technical aspect. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. The Sr. D365 Consultant carries the ultimate responsibility for meeting the customer requirements and completing the project. Roles and Responsibilities Engage with one or multiple large projects Facilitate the design and architecture sessions with clients to assist the solution architect Mentor other technical consultants in terms technical skills Be an advisor to customers and other consultants Advise customers on best practices for CRM implementations, user interface, and architecture Develop CRM or xRM system, related customizations, and report to model the client's organizational processes Create technical Specifications documentation for the project Write specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations Facilitate team resources or engage with in the implementation of data migration and translation, data integration, training and custom development, and reports Schedule work to be done and follows up to ensure completion within the project schedule Supervise the technical tasks and deliverables of the project team to meet project milestones and deliverables Conduct risk mitigation with client project team Provide development updates through daily communications with the customer Participate in weekly status meetings Conduct design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes Impart training to super users and end users, as needed About Delivery Centric: Delivery Centric is a customer-focused, technology solutions provider for the APAC region.
