About youApart from being extremely passionate about technical investigation, the ideal Kestral Solution Engineer will have:Experience or qualification in Health InformaticsExposure to clinical information systems (RIS/PACS) or integration in the Health industryHL7 and/or FHIR knowledgeUnderstanding of hardware, software and network infrastructureExperience in or knowledge of data migrations concepts using SQL and XML technologiesExperience in or knowledge of SQL database administrationShow experience of troubleshooting complex issues Key responsibilitiesThe key responsibilities as an Solution Engineer for Kestral will be the following:Deliver solutions to problems identified by the business, working collaboratively with the Support and Development teams as appropriateAnalyse, design and implement integrated system solutionsManage system deployments and upgradesAssist with system testing, configuration testing and performance testing as requiredMake recommendations for hardware or software upgrades to customersEnsure stakeholder engagement skills will be second to none and you will be well versed in bringing multiple parts of an organisation togetherDocument all client solutions and handover to Support Our culture and perksKestral has a high-performance, customer-oriented culture.
