About the role
Join Youi, a dynamic and forward-thinking tech-based insurance company leading the way in in-house software engineering solutions. Currently on a cloud and tech modernisation journey, we aim to deliver cutting-edge technology products and services, empowering both our customers and employees in today's digital landscape.

Improve quality, reliability and security posture of all platform-level applications. Measure and optimise performance. Take pro-active actions to ensure incidents are minimised. Document every manual action taken so that they can be automated. Help teams document Service-Level Objectives (SLOs). Ensure that monitoring and alerts configured by software engineering teams are sufficient. Build and maintain software to ensure resiliency in production systems by using Chaos Engineering techniques. Design and promote modern solutions for rapidly building and deploying software in the ‘cloud’. Support software engineering teams with configuring and maintaining their CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) related to their applications.
