About the role
In this dynamic and fast-paced position, you'll be at the helm of a well-established customer service team, overseeing day-to-day operations while nurturing various internal and external relationships. Drawing from your leadership experience in the youth sector and your passion for making a difference, you'll thrive in this role.
You will be part of a team of passionate and team of dedicated Service Delivery Managers, united by their mutual support and commitment to fostering a positive culture.
What you will do:
- Ensuring exceptional care is delivered to all clients and youth support professionals.
- Providing leadership and guidance to your team of Service Coordinators.
- Continuously assessing team performance to identify opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with the Recruitment Team Lead.
- Overseeing client servicing to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure safety standards are met.
- Offering after-hours client service support.
This role promises excitement and challenge in equal measure, within a supportive and collaborative environment.
About you
To excel in this role, you'll ideally bring experience in leadership within the youth sector and a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments. Your drive, motivation, and genuine passion for supporting others are key to ensuring the best possible outcomes.
You should embody the following qualities:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at fostering productive working relationships.
- Previous leadership experience in the youth sector.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Diligent work ethic with a proactive approach.
- A positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Other things you should know
This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional after-hours support required for client. Additionally, interstate travel may be necessary at various times throughout the year.
