Job Description: The WHR SRMO job is available from 03/06/2024. The aim is to provide high-quality women's health-based training and care under the supervision and guidance of a WHR consultant or supervisor. The WHR SRMO position in Obstetrics and Gynaecology is a service position of 3-year duration and he/she will be responsible for the provision of excellent women's health based clinical care to women and their families, who attend WHR for their medical needs. The WHR SRMO O & G position is available to doctors who will have completed 3 years of work caring for women's health, or equivalent. The candidate must be registerable with AHPRA. Clinical Quality and Safety interest, this role involves some research and advocacy, especially with creation of resources and awareness of Women's Health based conditions, including Abnormal Uterine Bleeding. The Candidate Must be registrable with AHPRA Experience of working in Women's Health including as a general practitioner. Experience in Women imaging especially ultrasound is desirable.
