Managing a portfolio of 150 properties across the North side of Brisbane
End to end property management duties excluding leasing and entry/routine inspections

The Successful Candidate:
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager
Honest, energetic, and a TEAM PLAYER!
QLD Certificate of Registration
Attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Solid written & verbal communication skills
Corporate presentation
Valid driver's license
