Due to growth within the business, our client is actively looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team.The Role: Manage a clean portfolio of under 100 properties with admin assistance, end to end. Mainly in-office duties, however some out of office duties are required Handling maintenance Prepare CMA's & lease renewals Manage arrears Conduct entry & exit condition reports Upload rental listings online Tenant sign-ups Liaise with owners and tenants The Benefits: No BDM duties!
