Made up of several specialisd teams including commercial, finance, legal and risk, these are the professionals who drive our business performance, while always ensuring we’ve dotted our I's and crossed our T's!Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Program Management to lead and oversee strategic initiatives aligned with MYOB's objectives across various Lines of Business and Functional areas. This critical role involves providing comprehensive program governance, strategic planning, initiative tracking and reporting, and commercial insights. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.Responsibilities:- Define project objectives, scope, and stakeholders in collaboration with key stakeholders.- Report on program progress against agreed milestones to executive and senior leadership teams.- Manage communication and expectation at all levels of the organisation.- Conduct effective risk assessment and proactively manage risks and issues.- Develop project schedules, set deadlines, and define tasks to ensure timely completion.- Manage budgets and expenses directly related to the program.- Oversee workstream and dependency management for seamless execution.- Establish and manage critical path deliverables to meet project goals.- Document decisions and facilitate approvals as required.- Facilitate key meetings, such as SteerCo, Exec and Board.- Ensure high engagement and collaboration among relevant stakeholders .Requirements:- Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successful delivery of complex initiatives.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams towards objectives and key results.- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.- Effective risk assessment and management capabilities.- Experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of programs.- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Our Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of time.If you want to work and collaborate where opinions are valued, and your ideas can make a difference, come to a place where Your Work Matters.????
