Hours per fortnight 73.50 (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
Period of Appointment 12 months.
Duties maintain and develop policies, procedures and systems to support effective budget development and management across the Department; provide specialist advice, analysis and support to senior managers and staff on aspects relating to the management of the Department's budget; and maintain effective relationships with Divisions and external stakeholders. The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this position is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer.
The following check is to be conducted:
Conviction check for Crimes involving Dishonesty. Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline. A member or eligible for membership of CPA Australia, Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, or other professional accounting body.
