Our Senior Field Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for defining and deploying marketing campaigns and activities in the Asia Pacific region to help drive qualified leads and pipeline. This individual will have budget control and ownership and will collaborate with sales leadership, account executives and the marketing organization to develop, adapt, and execute highly effective marketing programs and events that increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and grow sales revenue. He or she will be responsible for supporting the overall requirements and for achieving the goals and objectives outlined by the SVP APAC and the CMO.
Success in the role requires relevant and current hands-on experience in developing effective demand generation campaigns/initiatives and cross-sell programs using a wide array of tactics across multiple channels, working cross-functionally, collaborating with sales and marketing teams and a track record of successful pipeline building efforts.
The right candidate must be a proven leader that thrives on building relationships with sales teams, possesses a keen understanding of demand generation and program execution and be metrics-driven.

Responsibilities
Interlock with sales teams in APAC sub-regions to create distinct field marketing plans and develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales. Align closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing strategies and tactics meet APAC’s unique business objectives. Work with SVP APAC to manage allocated budget that support field marketing activities. Research, choose, design and manage live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates. Work with sales and other aligned resources to develop and to execute account based campaigns (1 to few and 1 to many) to drive desired outcomes within priority accounts. Leverage Marketo and salesforce.com and other tools to manage campaigns and field marketing activities, lead conversion, pipeline growth, acceleration programs, budget and metrics. Forecast, measure, analyze and proactively communicate the impact the impact of field marketing programs/activities in terms of key performance goals on a monthly, quarterly and FY basis. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Lead communications from marketing to the sales teams about key events, digital, and marketing campaigns that sales can support and leverage to initiate and progress business. Participated in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Negotiate with outside vendors, contractors and suppliers to obtain most advantageous field marketing related activities and events. Work collaboratively with the other marketing leads to develop best practices. Maintain and update calendar of field marketing programs, events, and activities.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience working on multiple demand creation campaigns and managing complex marketing projects. Strong event coordination skills: venue selection, customer speaker engagement, invitation, pre- and post-show planning, etc. that maximizes in-scope attendee registration and participation. Very good knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation systems (SF, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua) Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Interest in the IT industry: software, Cloud, SaaS, etc. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Measure and analyze field marketing performance against target plan. Manage quarterly field marketing budget. Confident communications and interpersonal skills and ability to articulate marketing considerations to top executives. Ability to provide consultative input to senior sales leaders. Can-Do attitude and thrives in building relationships with sales teams. Highly organized, detail oriented. Flexible and open to new ideas. Strategic thinker. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Persuasiveness. Travel throughout the APAC region will be required for this role. #LI-AM1
