Role andResponsibilities
You will be an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer with a unique blend of electronics hardware development skills, from power electronics to digital circuits and small signal processing using sensors. You will have a strong background in working independently and will be responsible for driving the development of electronic systems for an innovative product range. Experience in collaboration with overseas Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and expertise in motor-driven consumer products will be highly valued. You will also be a humble expert who thrives in small teams and can also serve as a mentor.
Design and optimise electronic solutions for environmentally friendly consumer products
Independently manage and drive electronic engineering projects
Collaborate with Overseas Contract Manufacturers (mainly in SE Asia)
Enhance the performance and functionality of motor driven products
Serve as a mentor and knowledge resource for less experienced team members
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to electronics and product development
Develop and execute comprehensive testing and validation procedures to guarantee product quality and performance
Maintain detailed documentation of design, testing, and implementation processes
Your Skills and Experience
You will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, plus
Minimum of 7 years of Electronics Engineering experience in a relevant role
High proficiency in electronics hardware design, strong knowledge of electronic circuits, schematic capture and PCB design using Altium Designer software
Knowledge of various motor technologies and motor drives is essential
Solid knowledge of product compliance, including EMC regulations
Ability to quickly prototype and create concept designs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
