04th April, 2024Position Overview:Our client seeks a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to collaborate on various remediation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in documenting processes, a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and extensive experience in remediation projects.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and document business requirements for remediation projects.
Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), and other relevant documentation to support remediation efforts.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and requirements.
Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and remediation.
Provide expertise and guidance on best practices throughout the SDLC, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-implementation support.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on remediation initiatives.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proven ability to effectively document business requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
BA Qualifications such as IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA) or familiarity with BABOK framework preferred.
Must have demonstrated core BA skills including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
