Description

Notre client, une entreprise spécialisée dans la recherche et la production de composants en caoutchouc destinés à l'emballage pharmaceutique et à la renommée internationale (13 collaborateurs dans 18 pays), recherche : Responsable adjoint du laboratoire Physico-Chimie (H/F) pour travailler sur son site de production de Granville en contrat CDI.

- Vous serez sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du Responsable Contrôle Qualité et l'assisterez dans certaines de ses missions et vous managerez les équipes d'Agents et de Techniciens ( une dizaine de personnes)
- Vous aurez pour mission la validation et l'acceptation des MP dans SAP.
- Vous serez garant des données systèmes du CQ, SAP, MP et des gammes de contrôles.

Activités et tâches principales :

- Vous contrôlerez l'application et le suivi des procédures HSE du laboratoire. Vous serez acteur de la sécurité du service ;
- Vous effectuerez le management d'Agents et Techniciens en Contrôle Qualité dans le respect des valeurs APTAR ;
- Vous animerez des rituels et réunions d'équipe avec actions 24h & QRQC ;
- Vous planifiez quotidiennement le travail de votre équipe entre routine et demandes annexes ;
- Vous analyserez et effectuerez une synthèse journalière de l'activité de votre équipe ;
- Vous ferez le monitore de votre activité par le biais d'indicateurs ;
- Vous effectuerez la supervision (revue et approbation) des résultats de contrôles des produits finis et pour la partie environnement ;
- Vous gèrerez les entretiens individuels de vos n-1 et jalonnerez le parcours ;
- Vous réaliserez le suivi de la formation aux postes et validation des Agents et Techniciens Contrôle Qualité ;
- Vous auditerez régulièrement les activités dans votre périmètre d'action ;
- Vous contribuerez à assurer la continuité d'activité (personnel / équipements) ;
- Vous assurerez la pérennité du parc équipement au quotidien ;
- Vous rédigerez les procédures et rapports de Contrôle Qualité ;
- Vous vous assurerez de la conformité documentaire des documents / techniques ainsi que leurs mises à jour ;
- Vous gérerez des Non-Conformités, OOS & OOT ;
- Vous effectuerez des Audits Clients ;
- Vous réaliserez l'émission de fiches investigation en lien avec votre activité et le suivi ;
- Vous initierez des CAPA ;
- Vous réaliserez l'émission et le suivi de Change Control ;
- Vous impliquerez l'équipe dans le cadre des qualifications / revalidations de méthodes / équipements
- Vous réaliserez le suivi des demandes des clients externes du laboratoire dans votre périmètre et réaliserez la transmission des résultats d'analyse ...

Rémunération : 38-42k/an +Primes+ Tickets restaurant + CE

- Vous disposerez au minimum d'un DUT/BTS avec spécialité en physicochimie
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques ;
- Vous êtes organisé, consciencieux, autonome, et avez des capacités d'adaptation ;
- Vous êtes à l'aise pour prendre des initiatives et êtes capable de gérer un projet ;
- Vous êtes capable de tisser des liens avec vos interlocuteurs ;
- Vous avez des connaissances en physico-chimie.
