In this role, you will provide nursing and/or midwifery services within the health service to patients/clients on a shift-by-shift basis. You will assess individual patient/client needs, plan, implement and/or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options including other disciplines or agencies.
About You
You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. Demonstrating sound knowledge and an understanding of the role of the Registered Nurse/Midwife within a health care setting, you will bring the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. You will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a health care setting, displaying a commitment to providing consumer and family-centred care.
