We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Programmatic Director with our awesome team in Sydney.
The role:
The Programmatic Director will be responsible for leading and developing digital strategies that wow our clients, whilst meeting and exceed marketing and business objectives. The Programmatic Director needs to understand our client needs and requirements at the deepest level and manage a high performing team to deliver against our clients’ digital roadmap. This includes developing an engaged team with a diverse skillset that thrive to be better, want to see our clients win, and are experts in our solutions across Display, Video, Native and more.
Core responsibilities include:
Works closely with Head of Performance, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach
Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles. Owns the team development process to train and develop team abilities
Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the clients’ success
Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues
A bit about you:
Proven programmatic experience in agency, publisher, or client roles.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of multiple Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing people effectively.
Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating the programmatic story to clients. Exposure to retail/FMCG clients is desirable but not essential.
