Programs Manager Joining our team means you'll be part of something that really matters. As our Programs Manager, you will be based in Bentley. You will lead and coordinate the effective delivery of discrete projects and programs of work, ensuring best practice in budget, safety, quality, schedule, procurement, and stakeholder management. Your role will include: Manage the detailed design, delivery, post implementation review and handover of nominated initiatives, projects, products and services to approved scope, quality, schedule and budget, in line with approved business case(s) Develop budgets, schedules, business cases and associated financial models for named individual programs of work. Provide strategic advice on the development, approach and delivery of customer facing products and services. Provide accurate and timely reporting on all programs of work. Develop and implement procurement strategies. Manage the delivery of works and services with third-party suppliers. You will have: Tertiary Business/Finance/Project Management qualifications, or other qualifications with relevant experience which demonstrate the ability to coordinate project related activities. Significant experience in Project or Portfolio Planning / Governance / Management / Compliance type role. Experience in developing or reviewing executive papers and approval documentation. Delivery of works to approved scope, budget and schedule, as well as demonstrated management of a portfolio/program of projects. Previous project-based experience of customer facing products and services, and/or community engagement. Ability to manage a cross functional multi-disciplined project team. An understanding of and ability to meet budget end of month requirements.
