Our established Engineering Service Line has developed a strong reputation for technical excellence, providing high-quality tailored services and specialist, responsive engineering, environmental and scientific advice to a range of clients across diverse market sectors.Due to our growing pipeline of interesting and challenging projects, we are looking for a Principal Civil/ Structural Engineer to join our Multidisciplinary teams in Sydney or Wollongong.In this role you have the opportunity to support and collaborate on a range of projects with other Technical Disciplines, including (but not limited to) Geotechnics, Transport Advisory, Planning and Approvals, Hydrology & Hydrogeology and Environmental Specialist Services, providing sustainable solutions for our national and international projects.The role is flexibly based from either our Modern waterside Sydney offices at Subbase Platypus, or enjoying the work/life balance that the south coast can provide in our Wollongong office, at the University of Wollongong Innovation Campus. Key ResponsibilitiesJob tasks and responsibilities

Undertaking a rage of technical tasks, including:Lead design and documentation of civil infrastructure and civil structures

Mentoring and leading junior engineersExperience
Outside wanting to join a positive and friendly team, the right candidate should have:12+ years’ experience with tertiary qualifications in civil engineering
CPEng Accreditation
Experience in the management and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects,
Excellent written and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships
Competency in civil design, including the development of design solutions for earthworks, roadworks and drainage, civil structures, water and wastewater infrastructure.
Competency in the design of civil structures is highly desirable.
An extensive network and proven project winning experience
