The Opportunity
We are looking for a Clinical Lead to support the Podiatry team delivering care to Australians in a mix of residential cared care and community settings across NSW. This role is dedicated to ensuring that the team of mobile practitioners have the right support to deliver their clinical services, working to SLA, targets and providing expert care. This is a full time, 12-14 month parental leave, fixed term contract.
How you will add value:
Provide support to the team in clinical guidance, reasoning, decision making, professional development and training. Act as the primary contact for customers on site and assist practitioners in managing concerns and issues. Build relationships with existing clients and identify opportunity to grow Amplar Allied Health business, particularly in community and HITH settings. Support workforce planning, scheduling and recruitment activities to ensure optimisation, utilisation, and growth for your region. Attend onsite at facilities for training, stakeholder engagement, audits and other face to face meetings as required. Manage your week comprising of both billable (including managing a small clinical caseload) and non-billable hours. What will set you apart from the rest?
Based in Sydney Metro area, you are an AHPRA registered Podiatrist with experience leading and managing a team (ideally, remote/mobile).
Customer focused, you are a strong leader, an influencer and have the ability to deliver best practice outcomes across our programs.
You bring a sound commercial understanding on how your team’s success impact and contributes to the rest of the business and demonstrated business development skills.
As you will often be visiting clients, facilities, and your team onsite, you will also need to be vaccinated against Covid19 and Flu and have driver’s licence and car.
