Employee Assistance Program Discounted health insurance and free flu shots each year We're looking for a professional People and Culture Project Officer with relevant experience who wants to join our team of 1500 employees and 1000 volunteers to make a difference on a 4 month maximum term contract, working 38 hours per week based in Fitzroy.
THE ROLE The People & Culture Project Officer will work autonomously to support project work across the People and Culture department with a key focus on supporting the Manager – Learning and Development & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Manager HR Operations, and the People & Culture Service Desk Team Leader.
Working closely with the People and Culture Leadership team on a variety of projects, taking ownership of projects, regularly reporting on progress, and leading successful and timely outcomes. Key support to the P&C team on initiatives and projects including; HRIS Feasibility study, WGEA reporting, DEI Policy and Procedure review, Onboarding and Induction review project etc. Works with P&C project teams, the business and PMO where required to deliver outcomes on time and meet the project's requirements. To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we're looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:
An experienced Project Officer with an in-depth knowledge of HR processes and procedures Experience in a similar role within a People and Culture function within a Not-For-Profit would be beneficial Strong attention to detail, and an ability to maintain a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism Highly-developed administration, computer skills and competency in Microsoft Programs.
