About the role

Without our Operations team, we'd be following the herd, not leading the pack - and that's a place we never want to be.

What you'll be doing Building and optimising processes to prepare Revolut Australia for hyper growthExecuting and scaling Australia operations and work with the local Operations Team and London HQ on devising detailed playbooks, product integrations and air-tight execution of Revolut productsStrategy: Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quicklyProduct improvement: Proactively searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experienceOperational efficiency improvement: Streamline the SOP and continuously improve it to achieve maximum efficiencyManaging critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systemsDeveloping strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms What you'll need You have graduated with a relevant degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar positionYou have a solid track record of achievementYou have worked in a top tech company and/or startup, have quickly assumed responsibilitiesYou can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work using such tools as SQL, Python and ExcelYou are curious by nature and interested in making an impactYou can demonstrate this through various projects you have been involved inYou can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
