Job description:
We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Operations Associate to join our team at Progressive in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Responsibilities:- Assist in managing inventory, orders, and shipments- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Provide administrative support to various departments within the company- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of transactions- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role- Excellent problem-solving skills- High level of emotional intelligence- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Good communication and interpersonal skills
