Urgent requirement ofNOC Engineer - Perm/Contract - Tasmania Requirements 2-3 years commercial experience in a Network Operations Centre, ISP environment preferred Knowledge of routers and switches andlayer data communications protocols Ability to verify that switches and routers as well as their configured network services and protocols, operate as intended within a given network specification Ability to log and troubleshoot core signalling (HLR, HSS), SIM authentication, Call Flow, Trace a fault from Customer Equipment to Core etc Manage the provisioning/deprovisioning of SIMs L1, L2 and L3 experience with Nokia preferred. Private LTE experience, will be an add-on Good understanding of Nokia Digital Automation Cloud (NDAC) Dashboard and Helpdesk Portal preferred Ability to debug, co-ordinate, troubleshoot and debug issues as per the SLAs agreed. Will be part of the group for resolving Private LTE requests / issues Will be Responsible for L2 and L3 activities and Managing resolution and co-ordination between Field Onshore Engineer, Customer Service Operations team and the Vendor (Nokia) Thorough understanding of Incident and Problem Management, Change and Configuration Management and Service Level Management Very Good Communication Skills Duration: Permanent / 6Monthsand possible extension Eligibility:Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only Email: jobs@hasthasolutions.

Demonstrated experience in managing ICT projects using formal project management methodologies (eg. Waterfall or Agile) and/or demonstrated experience in managing large and complex IT infrastructure and cloud projects Proven experience in managing multiple tasks to challenging deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Ability to manage budget, resources, and risk to ensure the successful outcomes of projects Demonstrated experience and skills with engaging and managing ICT vendors, including approach to markets, evaluation, and delivery management Very Good Communication Skills Desirable: Project management qualifications, with a sound knowledge of techniques for establishing, planning, monitoring, and controlling major ICT projects A sound understanding of both project management methodologies (Waterfall, PMBOK) and agile frameworks (Scrum) for delivery of ICT projects Duration: 8 Months and possible extension Eligibility: Baseline Holders OR Ability to obtain Baseline Clearance Email: jobs@hasthasolutions.com
