Maintenance Fitters - Onsite Fixed Plant Maintenance
Afternoon Shift
Our client, a renowned electrical, automation, and mechanical services leader, is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Fitter.
The Role: As a qualified Maintenance Fitter, you will play a vital role in servicing, repairing, and maintaining various fixed plant equipment, including automated machinery, conveyors, and more
The afternoon shift is from 3-11 pm, along with weekend opportunities. Ideally, this position is best suited to applicants located in Melbourne's northern suburbs and surroundings.
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Service, repair, and maintain various equipment, including but not limited to automated machinery, conveyors and more.
- Experience in industry, particularly maintenance relating to production lines and food and beverage experience, may be considered favourably.
- Set out and interpret workshop/engineering drawings.
- Experienced fitter in industrial equipment
- Pneumatics and Hydraulics experience
- Basic fabrication
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
