Green Light Worldwide are partnered with one of the top 3 companies in the AV space across Australia and are currently looking to onboard 2 x Sales/Account Executive to join their team in Sydney or Canberra.
About your Potential workplace:
You will be a member of the Hybrid Workplace sales team. You will be part of a dynamic, curious, enthusiastic and fast-paced sales team that leverages the Hybrid Workplace Pre-Sales, Technical and Delivery staff to help you qualify, solution and quote on these opportunities, leveraging our broad service and product sets.
Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will grow new sales selling Connect and Collaborate, Workspace Management, Digital Signage, and Smart device solutions across customers, delivering transformational outcomes and experiences for all customers.
You will be responsible for working closely with C+ Level management, business department leads, and technology specialists in identifying Hybrid Workplace opportunities, to retain, maximise and secure new business. This could be in the form of Procurement Services, Professional Services, Managed Services, or a mix, that delivers positive change and drives transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored approaches and pitches for new business opportunities, collaborating closely with client services, Digital Automation, Hybrid Workplace, Workplace Technology, and Graphic Communication Sales Teams.
- Identify and address customer business challenges proactively, offering solutions that align with both clients offerings and the customer’s needs.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently prospecting new customers while nurturing relationships with existing clients and new business wins.
- Ensure effective management of opportunities and pipeline within the CRM system, striving for zero open opportunities with a past close date.
- Craft and present proposals that are highly focused on addressing customer pain points and achieving desired outcomes.
- Forecast sales opportunities accurately within the CRM platform.
Key Selection Criteria:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying AV/IT sales and account relationship management experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and a strong drive to surpass revenue goals.
- Proven ability to generate more than 50% of your own pipeline through effective prospecting.
- Track record of developing and executing business/account plans.
- Experience in selling AV/IT solutions and/or Managed Services with tangible sales results.
- Proficiency in engaging both business and technical decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Strong sales acumen including business justification, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and presentations.

- You must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible to apply for this opportunity
- No Secuirty clearance required
- Salary component - $110-120K plus uncapped comms. It is a margin based on targets.
- Resources can be based in Sydney or Canberra. Consultant will be required to travel to Sydney on a regular basis.
