You will have a strong background in Investor Relations and/or Corporate Acesss. This wil lbe 60-70% of the will also be supporting the EGM of Investor Relations with EA duties, such as diary management, travel coordination, expense management and setting up internal & external meetings. This will constitute 30-40% of the role.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Executive General Manager and leadership teamSupport with delivery of the Investor Relation's teams key prioritiesPreparation of detailed investor roadshow schedulesArranging meetings with institutional investors for management roadshowsLiaising with the offices of CEO and CFODiary management- scheduling internal & external meetings and calendar managementOrganising and planning team functions/conferencesInfluencing a positive risk culture and risk governance frameworkCoordinate regular and recurring meetings, including booking resources, video conferencing, catering etc.Assist in arranging domestic and international roadshowsHandle document support including formatting, typing, printing as requiredManage monthly credit card reports and expensesCoordinate administrative setup for new startersIdentify opportunities for efficiency and cost saving within the teamWhat you bring:Experience in Investor Relations is a mustAt least 7+ years of experience as an EA/PAExperience in financial services is desirable but not a prerequisiteProficiency in core Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel , Outlook , MS Teams)Proven organisational skills - ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloadsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPrevious assistance experience is highly desirableExperience in supporting senior executives within a corporate environmentAbility to work effectively in diverse and flexible teamsProven planning and organising capabilityRelationship building skillsAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply please click apply or call Ksenia Varaksina on for a confidential discussion.Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
