ASX Opportunity Snapshot What's On Offer The Infrastructure Delivery Lead oversees and facilitates the delivery of infrastructure scope of works (e.g. Hosting, networking) for ASX internal customers. This role ensures the safe and coordinated delivery of key infrastructure outcomes which form part of wider line of business change initiatives. This position is a stakeholder facing role, and requires that you establish and manage expectation with the business and support the Infrastructure teams to achieve those expectations to a high standard. Role: Infrastructure Delivery Lead Reports to: TBC People Management: n/a Budget: n/a Team: Technology Infrastructure Date: Feb 2023 Location: Sydney, NSW Flexible Role: Yes What you'll do: Overseeing and facilitate multiple infrastructure streams (Hosting, Network, Workplace, and Database) as an enabler of LOB change initiatives Provide support for Project Managers (e.g. Technical coordination, status updates) Manage workflow / Oversee implementation for LoB projects into Infra team ( Jira / backlog etc) Work with Infrastructure line managers to organise resourcing for delivery tasks Work with project stakeholders to manage delivery Facilitate the ordering of infrastructure hardware / software as required Facilitate technical change implementation Be an ambassador for the Infrastructure team working across the business to provide effective communication on Infrastructure matters Escalation point for customer stakeholders – Change initiative challenges Understanding customer business drivers, strategies and roadmaps, KPI to measure and monitor benefits realisation Provide customer input to drive Infrastructure operational considerations (in relation to new infrastructure services delivered via LOB initiatives) Work across the Infrastructure team and customers to enforce standards and policies What you've done: Previous experience in the delivery of infrastructure solutions Technical awareness of infrastructure products Business analysis skills for supporting business requirement definition (infrastructure specific) Experience with outcome based setups, delivering on hard commitments and fixed timelines. And if you've got some of this, even better: Experience in a direct IT–business engagement role Knowledge of ITIL disciplines 8 years plus experience in a technical delivery orientated role Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated experience in leading virtual teams.
