Human Resources Manager A growing business needs an experienced P&C Manager FMCG - Fresh Food Critical Strategic and Operational Role West Footscray location The Company Our client is one of Australia's premier fresh food manufacturers with a proud 50-year history, a staff of circa 220, privately owned and operated and located in West Footscray. The Role To support significant growth, they now require an experienced People and Culture Manager to inspire, lead and develop people to achieve outstanding results. This is a challenging, varied, and exciting P&C Management role reporting directly to the CEO and supported by an HR/OH&S Coordinator. It will not be a walk in the park! Working with fresh food requires the business to be very fast paced. The business Strategy is clear, and you will have the opportunity to make the role your own: Create the P&C Strategy and Operational Plan and implement across the business Review and improve on the existing Performance Management and L&D plans Review and improve the attraction and retention strategies Lead the recruitment for all roles across the business Support the Management team to be more effective leaders And manage and develop the HR/OH&S Coordinator The People and Culture Manager You will bring: An unrelenting commitment to Safety and the development of people Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing HR Strategy, preferably in a food or beverage organisation, with fresh product highly regarded Exceptional leadership and people management skills Experience working in a blue-collar environment A strong knowledge of Workplace law With at least three to five years' experience in a similar P&C Management role, you will find this role challenging but well supported.
