With experience across the employee life cycle and strong stakeholder management you'll be joining a passionate and values led People, Culture, and Performance (PC&P) team of 20+, with support provided by the National Manager HR Business Partnerships & ER.About the roleWorking with the State GM for Western Australia and their leadership team, the role covers a broad range of generalist HR activities across the entire employee life cycle, focused on driving amazing experiences for our people through the delivery of professional high quality HR consulting, advice, and subject matter expertise.You'll be involved in initiatives and projects from organisational development, employee relations matters, performance planning and development, coaching our leaders, group wide projects, and cyclical HR activities.Who are we looking for?You already have generalist HR experience in a similar role, and you're as cool as a cucumber in a high pressure, fast paced environment.You love people - it's wired into your DNA.
