THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL GOOD COMPREHENSION OF FOOD COSTS, ORDERING, ROSTERING, STOCK ROTATION, TRAINING, INSPIRING, LEADING AND DEVELOPING A TEAM AND THE DAY-TO-DAY RUNNING OF A BUSY KITCHEN.
