We are looking for an enthusiasticand customer oriented Guest Relations Attendant to provide our guests with an exceptionalexperience.Keyaccountabilities include:- Provide and project friendly, courteous and professional service at all times- Welcome and serve sparking wine on arrival - Maintaining guest accounts and assisting with guest enquiries- Processing of financial transactions- Handling reservation enquiries and bookings- Guest Check In / Out - Resolve any guests complaints- Advise guests on local attractions and activities- Up-sell and promote Hotel servicesOur Front Desk operationsare 24 hours, with our shifts running from 6:30am to 10:30pm. You will berequired to work a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster.This position can be full time orcasual depending on the successful candidates work preferences.Certificationsrequired: RSAAbout youYou take a professional approach to your customer service and thrive ongoing above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Your attentionto detail and ability to multi-task will see you thrive in this role. Ideally youcome from a guest relations background, within the hotel sector, although thisis not essential. What we offerOn offer isthe opportunity to complete formalised training to gain a CertificateIII in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.
