About the Role The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Regional Finance Manager and the Australian business. This will include providing insights, analysis, and transparency of CR data. They will assist in the preparation of annual budgets & forecasting to provide the business with accurate and timely forward projections of cost and revenue. Duties will include but not limited to Support the Management team in the achievement of the Company's goals and objectives Actively support the delivery of regional and group earnings targets Assist the Management team to manage the Company as cost effectively as possible Review of major Capex and other requests as and when required Support Asset Manager with effective control and management of asset/equipment base reporting Ensuring clients are being invoiced in a timely manner, ensuring that all contracted clauses relating to invoicing and payments are being followed Requirements & Experience Needed Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting Minimum of 3 years experience in an analytical reporting role with exposure to management reporting and operational issues in a project environment Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships Ability to drive change through influencing, negotiating, and coaching Excellent computer skills across a range of platforms including Excel and experience with Power BI How to apply If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding role with a dynamic, growing organisation, please select the 'Apply Now' button to submit your application.
