We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Darwin ! Reporting directly to the Manager of Facilities Maintenance, this is a permanent Monday to Friday role working 38 hours per week . Based in our Darwin office, this role provides onsite and remote direction and execution of facilities maintenance and compliance activities across our Darwin, Alice Springs and Gove business centres. The primary responsibility of the Facilities Supervisor's is to safely manage the overall day to day operations and associated contractor services necessary for all facilities activities both planned and unplanned within the respective business centres. As a Facilities Supervisor you will: Ensure facilities operations are always functioning at their best through adhering to maintenance, repair, compliance and safety requirements Oversee contractors and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Manage fire safety, security systems, security card processing, contract management of waste, landscape, cleaning and mail room functions Oversee the supervision and management of our Facilities Assistant Travel across the NT quarterly to business centres in Alice Springs and Gove Why Hastings Deering?
