Based in our new offices in West End Village, this role will report into our Community Development Manager and play an integral role in supporting the promotion of community and marketing events across our QLD projects with a focus on fostering connection and belonging within the communities we create.
As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include: Develop & monitor Event Notification Forms (ENF's) for all programs/eventsAdmin and inquiry support for QLD community programsManage event promotion on social media and other marketing platformsAssist with organisation and coordination of event vendorsEvent and Community program support including managing attendance using Eventbrite/Humanitix; support set up / pickup for eventsPrepare contract documents and consultant agreements, coordinate executionVendor management including managing purchase orders, vendor creation, and budget reports, collecting vendor insurance documentationDraft and distribute community EDMsEnsure tenant communication with Property ManagementDraft various correspondence (emails, presentations, agendas)You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: Demonstrated experience in Events and Marketing CoordinationExperience within Community development / Property Development highly regarded but not essentialDiploma or similar within marketing, administration, business or similarAdvanced communication skills, excellent written and verbal communicationsExcellent time management and organisational skills, ability to prioritiseExperience in event management, social media management and content creationDriver's license and car with the ability to work evenings and weekends as requiredDon't quite meet every single requirement but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
