Key outcomes/Accountabilities Perform administrative functions in relation to processing applications made to QBCC under the Right to Information Act 2009 and Information Privacy Act 2009, privacy breaches, privacy complaints, mandatory data breach notifications, and other privacy matters (including file creation and archiving). Provide information and advice on administrative processes (i.e., policies and procedures) relating to the RTI and Information Privacy (IP) application and administrative access processes, notifying a privacy or mandatory data breach, making a privacy complaint, or undertaking a privacy impact assessment. Compile information necessary for correspondence and reports e.g., through undertaking routine enquiries and searches as requested. Liaise with affected parties, through written correspondence, QBCC staff and other government staff on RTI and Privacy matters and administrative access to documents held by QBCC (not including making decisions in relation to what information can be released administratively). Operate and maintain processes and work instructions for the receipt, assessment and analysis of RTI and IP applications. Undertake file management functions, including administering the relevant document search and retrieval processes, e.g., administer document search and retrieval process, and process and prepare documents for release Manager's instructions. Prepare reports, statistics, memoranda, manuals, and correspondence, as required. Assist the Manager RTI and Manager Privacy prepare and circulate RTI and Privacy reports to key stakeholders. Provide secretariat and administrative support to the RTI and Privacy unit with respect to Team meetings and Training. Contribute towards ongoing improvement of the RTI and Privacy Unit's service delivery and operations.
