Melville,NY - USAPosition RequirementsACTIVITY / RESPONSIBILITY:SharePoint Administration:Architect, design, and implement SharePoint Online solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.Define and document SharePoint Online architecture standards, guidelines, and governance.Plan and oversee the deployment and configuration of SharePoint Online infrastructure.Solution Design and Development:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.Design and develop custom applications, workflows, forms, and integrations using SharePoint and Power Apps.Ensure the use of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and other development tools align with best practices.Power Apps Development:Develop and maintain Power Apps applications, leveraging the Power Platform to automate business processes.Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems.Collaboration and Training:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.Train end-users on SharePoint and Power Apps usage and best practices.Governance and Compliance:Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.Monitor and report on SharePoint Online usage, performance, and compliance metrics.Troubleshooting and Support:Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.Proactively identify and address potential challenges to ensure system stability.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :8 + years of experience with application architecture, implementation, and support including 5+ years of SharePoint Administration and SharePoint Online support4+ years experience with design, development and supporting PowerApps applications / Power Platform, development and implementation of web-based applications and the exposure to enterprise level applications.Motivated self-starter who has the ability to lead by example and break-down complex problems in order to find resolutions quicklyEnterprise Level Application Design & ConfigurationEnterprise Application IntegrationTier 3 Enterprise Application SupportStrong knowledge of information systems/healthcare concepts and terminologyProven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a problem solving environmentAbility to translate defined system requirements into technology solutionsProven experience as a SharePoint Developer or Power Apps Developer.In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities.Hands-on experience with Power Apps development and integration.Proficient in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power AutomateStrong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.Proven knowledge in working with a wide variety of healthcare applications and supporting technologiesAbility to work in a collaborative manner with technical and non-technical personnelRequires good interpersonal skills, ability to function in a fast-paced, short deadline environment, and the ability to come up with innovative cost-effective solutionsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver solutions timelyStrong oral and written communication skills; skilled communicator comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levelsDESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience5+ years SharePoint administration and SharePoint Online support4+ years of Power Apps development and supportKnowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for customizations.One or more industry leading certifications preferredTotal RewardsSalary: $103,540- 142,360 per yearGenerous benefits package, including:Paid Time OffHealth, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts401(k)Leadership and professional development opportunitiesWe are seeking a talented and experienced SharePoint Engineer with Power Apps experience to join our dynamic team.
