We are actively sourcing an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to be part of our Cyber Remediation Program at St Vincent's Health Australia. Reporting directly to the Cyber Security Program Manager, you will manage all cyber security projects assigned, from initiation to project closure including transition to support. You will have strong stakeholder and vendor engagement, communication, and management skills to support the delivery of your projects working with your delivery team consisting of project, architecture, operational and vendor resources. As a Cyber Security Project Manager, you will bring a history of successfully leading teams to deliver large scale, complex cyber security projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cyber Security Projects with exposure to the Hospital/Healthcare industry desirable. You will be a committed, resourceful, and a flexible team player who is willing to make an extra effort to ensure the security and safety of those we serve under St Vincent's Health Australia.
This 12-month Fixed Term Full Time contract is available for immediate start and will be a hybrid working model based in our Group Office Melbourne, Victoria.
Key responsibilities of the role: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security requirements and align project objectives with organisational goals Access key subject-matter experts' knowledge to inform project plans and directions and deliver on project objectives and outcomes Develop and maintain project status reports, risks, issues and dependencies, budgets, and forecasts Manage performance of the vendor and service providers against contracts Define and clearly communicate roles and responsibilities to achieve project/team/unit outcomes Communicate and supervise delivery of expected outcomes effectively Contribute to the development of an open culture of teamwork and the pursuit of high performance. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and facilitate decision-making to resolve challenges Lead your project team to success; manage resources, budget, performance, work allocation, deliverables, KPIs and timeframes Guide the project change, communication and training strategies whilst ensuring project plans are effectively deployed and the organisation is engaged and kept well informed Things that work for us: Qualification in a relevant discipline – Prince 2 / PMIBOK, Healthcare Proven end-to-end Project management experience across full project lifecycle, with knowledge of delivering technology solutions within a Cyber Security setting Demonstrated experience supporting and managing transition of project deliverables to Business as Usual (BAU), and delivery of post implementation review and benefits realisation analysis Excellent verbal and written communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail Resilience, communication, and problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges that may arise during the life of the projects A committed, highly qualified yet personable professional with strong stakeholder and vendor management skills Demonstrated experience in dealing with ambiguity and mastering transformation through effective change management and communication mechanisms Desirable Cyber Security domain knowledge: External Attack surface Assessment, Execution Control (Allow Listing) and Critical Asset Discovery Mandatory: Current 2023 Flu Vaccine or willingness to receive the 2024 Flu Vaccine and a minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations Things that work for you: Ability to visibly see your impact on the business and its service.
