Wedding and Event Sales Agent
Love weddings, events, gifting and parties!? We do!! Our Shorty's team is looking to add sales stars to assist driving some great outcomes for our wedding and event clients.
Based from Shortys Ultimo (remote working opportunity as well!), our wedding and events team are here to provide leading assistance and advice to help deliver a memorable drinks experience. We specialize in “drinkspiration”!!
We deliver thousands of events every year, from small to large weddings and functions, premium to less premium.
The successful applicant will be well versed across the wide range of liquor categories with a special emphasis on regional knowledge, food and wine matching as well as understanding what makes a great party, event, gift or business customer.
With such a large liquor range, it is the Shorty's team members that make the experience easy and enjoyable; we select our team based on knowledge, passion and expertise.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Owning the “customer first thinking!” Working collaboratively with the sales agents, customer hub, stores and extended team Implement sales strategies to secure business, maximising each opportunity Formulate, implement and maintain sales pipeline to achieve sales targets - revenue and profit Develop, evaluate and select available products to complement and enhance customer requests
Skills and Experience
Experience in sales and marketing in a fast paced, high value environment Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills High computer literacy in Word, Excel and databases is essential Want to connect?
